The Surf Ski Race
This event has spawned many Olympic champions. There are a maximum of 15 competitors in each race. After paddling around three buoys situated approx 300m off the beach, the competitors race each other back to shore, using the swell where possible and finish by crossing the flags at the water’s edge.
When: Semi-finals – Saturday 21 March
Finals – Sunday 22 March
